Womens Development Cell
Our Vision
As per the guidelines issued by University Grant Commission and Ministry of Human Resource Development-Government of India, the Women Development Cell was constituted at Bishop Speechly College on August 2016.
In the effort to spread the real importance of gender equalities and women empowerment, the Cell (comprising both faculties and students) aims to create a gender sensitized community. It organizes various academic, technical, medical, cultural, and social events for the upliftment and progress of women.
Objectives
To address the grievances of students and to enlighten the young minds for a balanced life.

Commemoration included an expert talk on "Gender Equality - Break the Bias" by Dr. Jessy L.
