In compliance with the University Grants Commission (UGC) regulations, Bishop Speechly College for Advanced Studies has established the SC/ST Student Complaint Cell. The cell is committed to safeguarding the interests of students belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

Grievance Redressal
Promptly addressing and resolving all academic, administrative, and social grievances raised by students from SC/ST communities.
Equal Opportunity
Monitoring the effective implementation of reservation policies and ensuring equal access to college resources, placements, and facilities.
Scholarship Assistance
Guiding and assisting students in applying for state and central government scholarships and financial aid programs.
Academic Support
Providing counseling and mentorship to enhance academic performance and support holistic personal development.
